Toshiba's 19HLV87 only needs a little space on your countertop, desktop, or nightstand. By combining a crisp, clear 19" screen with a built-in DVD player, this TV saves space, reduces cable clutter, and provides a complete DVD viewing system you can easily move from room to room.
The 19HLV87 has built-in tuners for receiving standard (analog) and digital over-the-air broadcasts. Enjoy free high-definition programs simply by connecting an antenna. An array of inputs makes it easy to expand your viewing options by plugging in an HD satellite receiver or video game console. There's even a PC input so you can use the 19HLV87 as a computer monitor. If you like to pull video off the Internet, this is one of the first TV/DVD combos we've seen with the ability to play DivX video files.
The side-loading DVD player can also play regular music CDs, plus MP3 CD-Rs. The TV's built-in stereo speakers work fine for background listening, and whenever you want to crank up the volume, just connect the audio outputs to your stereo or shelf system.
